ACCELERATING THE FUTURE
DOING MORE WITH LESS
Our design team works with Opportunity Zones, Non-Profits, Real Estate Developers and Governments to leverage and extend limited, finite resources to benefit the maximum number of people.
Every client-partner we work with is trying to do more good with less resources. This is more true today. In our case, how can we provide the most safe, durable and affordable homes to the most people. This great need takes a new way of thinking, planning and execution. We've lived it. Now we can help our partners.
A typical engagement takes on three phases: Define. Plan. Deploy. Each partner is different. Each phase can ebb and flow; accelerate and decelerate. We typically begin with an alignment assessment. From there, we construct a plan that is right for each partner.
COMPRESSING THE TIMELINE
The old adage 'TIME IS MONEY' is true. Is is especially true in home building. Finance costs, labor costs, risk, weather can all greatly inflate the cost of home buildings.
We've eliminated the wasted time, while increasing the quality of the home.
The typical, traditional timeline for building a home is 4 to 6 MONTHS.
Our first building method, Fab&Fill shortens that timeline to about 30 DAYS.
Our first development release, Fab&Fill, allows for the consistency and quality of a factory with the ability to make many of the neighborhood homes look different. For too long 'manufactured homes' or 'spec homes' all looked the same.
We design each home based on 4-Foot wall sections. The sections can be added to or organized in many unique ways. We have a growing library of home designs. Developments don't want to look like others. Our Design Studio works with partners to design floor plans, specifications, facades, and other customizable features.
In addition to the floor plans and features, the facade is the distinguishing 'curb appeal' feature of the home. And, it is the one the home owner has great pride in. We have dozens of possibilities.
